Honor among Wolverines?
The out-of-touch Michigan Men boasting about their "code" being upheld should be mocked (incessantly), not honored following the long-overdue dismissal of head football coach Sherrone Moore.

Somehow Michigan Men have turned the Sherrone Moore scandal and the way it was handled into a statement, a celebration if you will, of the type of honor all schools and athletic programs should embody.
Ahh, yes, like Michigan, of course. That ever-pious standard of what all entities interested in doing the right thing should strive to be.
Huh???
Hell, I knew about Moore's honor-blowing shenanigans months ago and the only reason the guy got canned is because his cohort in "crime" came forth with the evidence, causing the husband and father of three to "lose his shit" to thd point it became legally tenuous.
There was no honor shown by Michigan, so those with connections to the nation's most annoyingly haughty university can pipe down, including pretzel-logicing alums like Portnoy.
(Ones like Schefter making excuses for Moore ain't no better, either.)
Put it this way, if I knew about Moore and his antics months ago, Wolverines AD Warde Manuel and other higher ups in power damn sure knew ... and did nothing about it -- until after the Ohio State game result and latest recruiting were secured.
No one was a winner here, especially with regard to honor.
And the fact Manuel still has his job is further testament that is the case.
Honor, my ass.
