College Football: Will Maryland's Locksley be let go next?

I think the University of Maryland will be the next Power 4 school with a head coach vacancy -- perhaps tomorrow. Mike Locksley may be a good guy, but his Terps consistently underperform.
In today's loss at Rutgers, Maryland was unprepared and disengaged -- all too common "normalities" under Locksley's watch.
The potential for great things at that school is there, but, honestly, if I'm James Franklin, who would be the obvious choice as successor due to being the top assistant (and HC in waiting) there previously, I take the Virginia Tech gig before this one.
